Data you provide
When you sign in or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company details, login account, plan details and support messages.
This page explains what data is collected, why it is used, how cloud sync works and how customers can request updates or deletion.
apnleads4u is built for public B2B lead extraction, website enrichment and customer-separated reporting. We keep the policy clear so Chrome Web Store users and SaaS customers understand exactly how the tool behaves.
When you sign in or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company details, login account, plan details and support messages.
The extension can capture public business information from pages you choose to process, such as company name, website, public email address, phone, address, category, source URL and extraction session details.
Without login, trial data stays local in the browser. After login, captured leads and session metadata can sync to your apnleads4u account so reports, recovery and customer dashboards work correctly.
Customer accounts are scoped to their own records. Admin users can manage all customers, limits, sessions, exports and support activity.
Data is used to run extraction, enrichment, duplicate cleanup, queue recovery, quality scoring, reports, exports, support and account management.
We do not sell customer account data. Exported lead lists are controlled by the user or admin who created or manages that workspace.
The extension asks for browser permissions only to support its single purpose: collecting public business contact data from user-selected pages and syncing it to an apnleads4u account when signed in.
Used to read the page you are actively processing and to open map/search pages required for a selected extraction job.
Used to save local trial data, settings, extraction sessions, queue state, retry state and dashboard preferences in your browser.
Used when you export CSV/XLSX reports from the dashboard or save support snapshots.
Used for background queue progress, retry scheduling, watchdog checks and keeping long-running extraction jobs recoverable.
Trial data can be cleared from the local browser dashboard. Signed-in cloud data can be deleted by admin controls or by sending a request with the account email and workspace details.
For privacy, deletion, export or Chrome Web Store policy questions, contact us with your account email and workspace name.
